“lovely hotel, have been here various times in past 20 years. This time was dismayed by the exaggerated prices. Not only was the room expensive compared to rates in the area, which is fine I knew that, what upset us were the hidden costs..parking 15 dollars!!!! for the car in a sunny normal parking lot...taxes, fees, at the end the room which is motel level with door on outside hallway was over 300 dollars. Just not honest prices, which seems to be a common problem in this area since I received a...

“purtroppo ho poco da raccontare dato che ho visitato la struttura e ho avuto subito una brutta impressione essendoci clienti rumorosi dove stendevano panni all'esterno ho poi controllato la camera ma mi e' sembrata ANGUSTA ..Pulizia sembrava OK ...viso le condizioni del tutto ho rinunciato a soggiornare ed ho scelto un altro Hotel serio...premetto che il prezzo secondo un mio personale parere era conforme al tipo di struttura offerto...quello che mi ha confuso e' stato che nell'offerta vi era...

“The hotel is sparkling clean and smells amazing when you enter. The grounds and the pool were very clean. The gym smelled good and was very clean. The site was large and immaculate as well. As you can probably tell, I’m a stickler on cleanliness and they exceeded my expectation. We were greeted by Steve(n) (from the Bronx), who was very warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful with local information. The next day we met Sarah, who was an absolute delight. “When I arrived at the hotel, I had to mail a card for a family member’s birthday. The General Manager, Tonya, helped me to do and went out of her way to ensure my card got mailed out in time. When I checked out of the hotel I left my necklace in the room and Tonya went out of her way to quickly check on my necklace and immediately responded to me and made certain my necklace was mailed out to me that day. Tonya and the other staff are very helpful! ”

“Alle 15 non è stato possibile fare il check in. Pur avendo due stanze prenotate nessuna era disponibile. Personale alla reception scortese. Il costo delle stanze era altamente spoporzionato alla qualità del hotel e dei servizi. La posizione era molto brutta per arrivare al centro e alle spiagge. Molto deluso dalla scelta...era tra gli hotel consigliati da Expedia”
